The Brand of Sophia
Introducing the all-new brand of Sophia. The aim of this project was to convey a word which described ourselves through our photo. I ironically had a brain-freeze, in finding a photograph which portrayed "intellect". I attempted not to do the generic "glasses and book" look for this photo, and instead tried to fit myself in with the word, "school". Noticing the words "Beijing BISS International School" (The name of my school) printed in the middle of our field, I resolved to take a photo with it. Luckily, while trying to lay down and NOT look carelessly sprawled out or flat-out dead on the court, I avoided being run over by numerous basketball and soccer players. This photo was taken from a stage with the help of my friend, Anna. Thus, my brand of me photo was created. Huzzah.

Creative
I think this expresses creativity because creating this painting most likely required "thinking out of the box". It is also very unique, which is a important part of creativity.
Articulate
This represents being articulate, because being articulate to me means being able to express myself in words. When I think of words, I usually think of a paper and pen, since speech is harder to convey in images.
Intellectual
Books are generally symbolized with nerds, which I consider myself one. Knowledge comes from books, so it fittingly represents intellect.
My thought process for the words......
My thought process for this choosing these words weren't very complex. I brainstormed words that fit my personality, and eliminated any really negative words. A few of my friends helped me in coming up with words that describe me, though I'm not sure if that was allowed. This process wasn't interesting. Sorry.
